The Great Gaspar Recipe sent to us by a Gaspar's fan
Pan Sear 1 pound of Chourico cubed
2 Green Peppers sliced 1/4 thick and halved
1 White Onion
1 12 oz of Pizza Sauce
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
1 large Portabello Mushroom
1 cup your favorite cheese shredded
2 Med or 1 large Pizza shell
Slow cook Meat, peppers and onions to your
favorite texture. Bake pizza shell for 10 min.
Cover shell with
mixture.. the more the better. Slice mushrooms into 1/4 pieces to cover
pizza.
Cover the pizza with cheese. For a spicier version, dash
top with some dried habanero.
Bake 375 until cheese is melted and pizza
crust golden and crisp.
