Gaspar's Easy To Prepare Linguica and Chourico Suggestions

  1. Use as a pizza topping using 1/4 slices
  2. Ground up chourico with diced green or red peppers for Chourico and Peppers
  3. Enjoy in boiled dinners
  4. When baking beans, add some linguica or chourico for additional flavor
  5. Ground up and use in eggs;  Use in omelettes, scrambled eggs or as a sausage patty
