Order FAQ's

Which methods of payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Paypal is also available. If you prefer to order by mail you may fill out our mail order form and submit a check along with your order.

How will I know if you received my order and if it has shipped?

We will send you an automated email as soon as we receive your order. Please use this email to verify that all of the information you provided us with is correct. If their are any problems, you can always call us at 1-866-646-4266 or email customercare@gasparssausage.com. We will send you a second email when your order has shipped. This email will contain a carrier tracking number so you can follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping FAQ's

How long will it take for my order be processed and leave your warehouse?

Gaspar's meats are semi-perishable and we time the release of shipments so that they are not in transit for more than 48 hours (Summer) or 72 hours (Winter). This means that meat orders are only shipped on Monday and Tuesday in the cooler months and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in the warmer months. This allows shipments to arrive before the weekend. As soon as your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number so that you can see when your package will arrive.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands?

We can ship to Hawaii and Alaska. Please select the 2 Day Air or Next Day Air shipping option at checkout. We are unable to ship meats to, Puerto Rico, The US Virgin Islands, Guam and APO/FPO addresses at this time. Please review the item details for restrictions on certain items.

Do you ship to Canada and other countries outside the United States?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship to APO boxes?

We cannot ship temperature sensitive or perishable items to APO boxes at this time.

How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping Rates are determined by the shipping carrier when you checkout and are based on the destination zip code, the weight of the shipment and the method of shipment.

Return FAQs

I have received my order and have a question or issue. What do I do?

In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return your merchandise, please notify GasparsSausage.com within 10 days of receipt. (PLEASE DO NOT SHIP BACK PERISHABLE ITEMS) We will instruct you on how to ship the product back to insure a prompt refund. We offer a 10-DAY return policy on all NON-PERISHABLE products in new and unused condition for a refund of the purchase price less the cost of shipping. (If your item came with a free gift, the gift must also be returned in new, unused condition to receive a full refund). For your protection, please ship the item, along with a copy of the packing slip, by a method that is insured and traceable, to the following address. Please note: No refunds or order cancellations after perishable items have been shipped. Items that are not in new condition or have been used will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
