Gaspar's Chourico Hot-Regular 1 lb.

It is the made with the same recipe as linguica but has more of a "kick" to it. Chourico is a spicy sausage with a heartier spiced flavor and with different spices that are known to "Kick it up a Notch".

These sausages are great for sandwiches, chili, stuffing, pizza toppings, or on the grill. Chourico is approximately one pound.

Ingredients: Pork, water, vinegar, nonfat dry milk, salt, paprika, spices, garlic, sodium nitrite

• All Gaspar's meats are shipped in insulated boxes with cold packs. During the summer months, we require delivery in 2-days or less. When the weather cools off, we extend the delivery window to 3-days.
  
• As we do not want packages to be held up in transit over a weekend, we will hold shipments until the following week if the method of shipping you select doesn't ensure delivery by Friday.
