Portuguese sausage that is mild, lean, and
full of spices. These spices are a secret blend (over 100 years old)
and when the meat is slowly smoked and cooked in a smoke house... you
can imagine the delicious taste of the final product!!! These sausages
are great for sandwiches, chili, stuffing, pizza toppings, or on the
grill. Linguica is approximately one pound.

Special Shipping Requirements
- All Gaspar's meats are shipped in insulated boxes with cold
packs. During the summer months, we require delivery in 2-days or less.
When the weather cools off, we extend the delivery window to 3-days.
- As we do not want packages to be held up in transit over a
weekend, we will hold shipments until the following week if the method
of shipping you select doesn't ensure delivery by Friday.
